Indian Supreme Court suggested to solve the Babri Masjid conflict by mutual compromise, outside court

New Delhi, Indian Supreme Court said that, the aged conflict of the Babri masjid should be solved by the mutual understanding of the two parties, and if both these parties are interested to do so, than court can also appoint a Judge which will be helping as a guarantor, to resolve the issue.

Head of the bench of three members, the chief justice of the Indian Supreme Court, JS Khehar said, that the court has the power to impose the decision over the conflicted parties, but in such sensitive issues related to the religion, better is he said that both the parties should do some compromises over the conflicted religious place, in order to solve the matter, he further exclaimed that if both the parties agree over the mutual discussions for the peaceful solution of the matter than the Supreme court can appoint a guaranteeing Judge into the resolution.
